Spring Fresh Start

 Happy Sabbath,

Making this quick because I have to prepare for my afternoon nap before I go to work to night and my computer is malfunctioning again.

God is good.

I was able to help out not just with the main church service on zoom but in a rare move I decided to go with my son to attend some baptisms in support of two people we know and am glad that we went. There was a organist/pianist there finishing up for the communion service and I thought he would stay to play for the baptismal service but he had to go. I was able to step in and play for that and am thankful for another opportunity to use my gift. My son also got up close to see the process of baptism along with my sis' daughter and it was just a good time. I do wish more people came out. Some I'm sure we're online but makes such a big difference when people are there in person to support.

I am thankful I was able to have my tree chopped down on Wednesday.  It was a pine tree about 100 ft tall and every time it rained or stormed I had such anxiety that more limbs would fall off and damage my property or worse,  the tree fall on my house. I need not worry about that any more. I had them dump the wood chips in my driveway and spent several hours shuttling chips to the backyard in my wheel barrow to do some landscaping I've long wanted to do. Now I can do a great deal and for only of the cost of me getting a little cardio and weight lifting workout.   I may be able to finish getting it all dispersed in another 3-4 days. I do wish I realized they were taking away the large sections of trunk and thought out a better plan to keep them. They could service as outdoor seating, tables and it's good quality wood. I'm sure they are making profit off of trading them to a business like lowes or other lumbershop.  I put burlap around my peach trees and the tallest one has beautiful pink flowers on it. I intend to wheel chips for the bottom of the hill. So far I did almost one whole side of my yard by the fence line about 6 feet wide all the way down to my son's fence line for his garden. I put some down in his and will bring more God willing tomorrow.  I have alot of work to do on my property and look forward to getting into it.

I am thankful and blessed and have no complaints.

God is good.
