Happy Sabbath

I thank God that I'm home. I thank the Lord for keeping me through ridiculous challenges I've been facing. Challenges at work and at church. Nonsense thrown at me at home.  I am finishing my lunch and enjoying some spiritual songs this hour. I have to go to work tonight so I'll wrap up pretty soon to take my nap.
Despite all that has been going on, God is good and He reigns supreme and is in control. I'm good with that and can rest in that. I pray that you too have a great Sabbath, a wonderful weekend and that you are blessed as well.

Happy Sabbath

I'm happy to be home today and that I had the option to worship with my church online. In reality, we could have met in person. It was not a whole lot of snow outside and the roads are clear. I didn't want to cancel nursing home because of the little bit of snow we had and someone else agreed with me so I will be going out in about an hour to spread some cheer to the Lord's older children. I had a trying time with my son yesterday so much so I had to change his Google and roblox login info. He is 8-10hrs away from me and thinks he is untouchable but little does he know if he logs out of the roblox he will have to wait until he returns home before he can get back in..He tried to reset the password but I have everything set up so only I have access. He was extremely disrespectful to my parents who have him with them for what will be nearly 2 months at our vacation home. If he doesn't turn around and does worse I have no qualms with deleting his entire account. No internet will fix him.

I'm going to have my lunch and stop talking about negative things. God is good and I thank Him for today, my son coming to children's church online and that I am home. I love being home

God is Good

 No complaints.  I just got back home for the second time today.  I was able to visit one of my students from my Sabbath school class and I'm thankful that she is doing well. She is doing better than I expected her to do and it's wonderful to see.  I had a good week and took off 6.5 hrs Friday to spend time cleaning, restocking, and getting things together between my house and my parent's house while they are away. I have to close up my house and take a nap ahead of work tonight.  I'm happy and encouraged and I'm going to continue moving in that.  Today was a good day and God is good. Happy Sabbath :)

I thank the Lord for helping me to get a good deal on a dresser I picked up yesterday.  I went online at first to see my options and thought I would settle on one of two items.  I went to Ikea and when I saw the options in person I was disappointed.  I did see another one but at first didn't give it serious thought..But when I was in the store, I decided that this one was the one I'd go with. An even better one (the perfect one) was $50 more and I was not willing to spend the extra on it so I settled for the smaller. I went to the self service area and loaded the boxes up and I decided at the last moment to visit the AS IS section and I was almost through my circuit when I came upon the same dresser (the perfect one) but this one happened to be the same price as the cheaper smaller one I had on my cart.

I inspected it and checked it out. I was able to load it in my vehicle alone and transport it home.

I am thankful that I was able to get the perfect dresser for a better price ($50 cheaper) in perfect condition. I am thankful that it was already assembled perfectly.  That meant I didn't have to spend hours trying to put the thing together in my son's room. It was heavy but I didn't need assistance from anyone to take it home. I didn't have to pay for delivery (that was something I did look at).

All of the rest of my week went to trash but I can rejoice over this as well as the other things I was able to do on Friday.

God is good.
